Bright Future for Las Vegas Real Estate

With all the talk about doom and gloom in the Las Vegas real estate arena, there is a bright, silver lining to the dark cloud that has real estate agents looking up.  With the amazing power to draw in visitors that the Las Vegas shows and Las Vegas attractions in the area seem to be, the Las Vegas area has traditionally been immune to these types of recessions and depressions that have stricken the rest of the United States.  In this case, with the downturn in the national real estate market and decline in new home sales, there is much concern about the future of Las Vegas real estate and what home values might do with the constant downturn in national real estate values.  With all of this uncertainty and doubt, it is easy to see why so many industry experts have speculated this forecast of doom for the Las Vegas area.  The truth is, of all the cities in the world, Las Vegas has the best chance of making a strong fiscal comeback, due to its strong base of tourist-based attractions and Las Vegas shows that bring in visitors from the international market, as well as the domestic market in the United States.

By putting more emphasis on this international market, there is a propensity to end the strict reliance on the domestic market for revenues generated in Las Vegas overall.  As the Las Vegas area spends more and more on attracting international visitors to the Las Vegas attractions and Las Vegas shows as well as the world famous Las Vegas hotels and casinos, it becomes clear that fewer and fewer Las Vegas hotel and casino establishment proprietors are content with allowing the United States economy to dictate the overall earnings that they can bring in on a regular basis.  By putting some of the emphasis on generating revenue for the world famous Las Vegas shows and Las Vegas attractions as well as the popular Las Vegas hotels and casinos that drive the economy on to the international community, the as Vegas hotel and casino establishment proprietors indicate that they are less than confident in the United States economy and its ability to rapidly recover.

Fortunately, a drop in the interest rate by the Fed has led to all manner of interest in local Las Vegas real estate, not only through domestic channels but from international visitors as well.  With these international real estate investors, it becomes clear that Las Vegas might have a golden parachute, after all.

Celebrities Get Paid Big Bucks to Party at Vegas Clubs

It is common knowledge that any time a celebrity shows up at a high class high society bar or club, it is very likely that they have been compensated and their presence there is simply calculated to attract attention.  This extreme effort to bring in celebrity entertainers that host, perform or even just attend the festivities hosted by popular nightclubs and other venues is mainly due to the immense amount of publicity and attention from the media that their presence always brings.  This extreme focus on celebrities and their ability to draw crowds is very common to upscale nightclubs in areas such as Las Vegas, that generate such massive amounts of profit in such a short time and can benefit from the raised level of exposure that having celebrities such as Paris Hilton and Britney Spears attend opening-night events and other special promotional events and being seen by the public can bring.

Paris Hilton formerly celebrated her birthdays at the Bellagio Las Vegas Hotel and Casino nightclub called the Light, but another company has put in a special offer that got her to change her mind for her 24th birthday by offering her a huge chunk of cash, free booze, free luxury suite and of course the free round-trip private jet to and from her home in Los Angeles.  All these red carpet deals and nightclub agreements may seem like an odd and surreal way of nightclubs promoting their services.  But in the modern day, these types of advertising tactics are common and seen on a regular basis in the upscale nightclubs in cities such as Las Vegas, that depend on incoming visitors and partygoers to make a living.  Without these high paid, high profile individuals that use their celebrity status to pave the way to more publicity for the paying nightclub, there is little chance to stand out among the crowd of wide open and wildly popular nightclubs in the Las Vegas area.

Nightclub owners are well aware of the need to bring in high profile celebrities and other methods of creating publicity for the extremely competitive casino and poker industry in Las Vegas.  Between Las Vegas attractions, Las Vegas shows and other Las Vegas points of interest, it can be a difficult matter to bring in nightclub partygoers and keep their attention.  With the addition of these celebrity faces, it becomes an easy matter to double or even triple the average nightly take.
